The company currently has 4 large trade counters well located in Nottingham, Leeds,
Manchester and Birmingham. The unique feature of these TRADE ONLY counters is that
virtually every product from a range of well over 1000 products is self-pick. Most
are also on display. Most installers enjoy the experience of roaming the ‘shops’,
cup of tea in hand, working out what products they can add to their portfolio. This
can be a great way of gaining an insight into a new direction for your business!
At every branch the trade can call in for one co-ax plug or everything needed to
complete extensive domestic or commercial television distribution or CCTV systems.
We also stock every cable, clip and tool needed for the job!
Individual branches stock products unique to their area of the country. All 4 branches

Free Nationwide Delivery
The trade counters offer a FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY service using our own fleet
of 3.5 tonne long wheelbase Transit and Sprinter vans. We understand the importance
of accurate and reliable deliveries. Where possible we will try to ensure the same
driver delivers to you on a regular basis. That way you are dealing with someone
you can get to know and trust.
Free next day carriage to Mainland UK on orders over £200.
Small order Carriage Charge £7.50. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel
Islands and Isle of Man - Carriage charged at cost, please ring for details.
Changes to some customers log-in details
If you have are still using the password `1234` to log in, please call or e-mail
your branch for your NEW password. In line with our data protection policy we have
issued a new randomly generated password for all `1234` password users. Once you
have your new password please feel free to change it to something you will remember.
We carry huge stocks at every branch and in our central bulk warehouse and make
the proud promise that we never run out of stock. Place your order with total confidence
that we WILL deliver. If a supplier has a long term supply problem with a product
we will have made sure we have an alternative. You do not need a back-up supplier
with Grax.
